We are bring the taste of the south to Cuyahoga Falls and northeast of Ohio. We have brought our family recipes from Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolina. We slow smoke pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken and other dishes.
Coming from the Memphis area of Tennessee, I have always enjoyed the farm fresh, slow smoked meats and sides. We will be bringing a taste of the South to Cuyahoga Falls with our recipes, rubs and sauces from generations of trusted family recipes and a touch of our own creation. The menu will be slow smoked pulled pork, chicken, brisket and ribs, with salmon and lamb, when in season. Sides include creamy mac-n-cheese; slow-cooked green beans and white beans like Grandma made; skillet cornbread and locally sourced desserts – Chess Pie, Ohio Bourbon chocolate and pecan pie and Grandma’s Oatmeal Crisp cookies.
